She is able to offer advice on salary, CV presentation, interviewing and any other aspect of the recruitment process. She is also keen to supply a quality service to clients and candidates alike. McAuley Recruitment Services will LISTEN and react to your specific needs and keep in regular contact to ensure quality of service.
There are no charges unless an offer of employment is made. Once the position has been filled, regular contact is kept with candidate and client for the first 12 weeks to ensure compatibility between employer and employee.
